Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team or visit your local Leon's showroom within 7 days of delivery to notify us of your intent to return or exchange.
- 2.Prepare the Item
Ensure the furniture or appliance is in its original packaging, unused, and accompanied by the original sales receipt to qualify for a full refund.
- 3.Schedule a Pickup
For large furniture items, we will coordinate a professional pickup time; please note that a restocking fee and delivery charges may apply.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned merchandise, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
